Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is Amazon FBA?
Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service that allows you to store your products in Amazon’s fulfillment centers. They take care of tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and providing customer service for your products. This makes your products eligible for Amazon Prime, providing access to Amazon’s extensive membership base. For more information on getting started with Amazon Australia, you can find details here.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our goal is to process your request and have your goods prepared for shipment to Amazon within 1-2 business days. We prioritize quick processing because we understand that getting your products to Amazon promptly leads to faster sales.
How much does it cost? How do I pay?
To ensure quick turnaround times, we will automatically charge the credit card you pre-authorized during your account setup.
- Please note that a credit card processing fee applies.
Do you need access to my Amazon Seller account? No, we don’t need access. You can simply send us the FBA shipping labels, and we’ll attach them to your outgoing shipments.
Will my products be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We take the confidentiality of your products very seriously, and we commit to never selling, renting, or sharing your personal information or data with third parties. We will never use your ideas or products to compete with you in any way. Your trust in us is the foundation of our business, and we will never risk losing that.
How secure are my products?
Products stored in our warehouse are secured using alarms, security gates, and nightly patrols. Rest assured that your inventory is well protected.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order requirement. Order as much or as little as you need for each shipment. You don’t have to worry about meeting a minimum order charge. Just order what you need and focus on growing your business.
Will my products be insured?
While our facility is fully insured, you will need to arrange your own inventory insurance. We can provide any information you need for this. Additionally, we can help organize optional transit insurance to cover your outbound shipments.
